• Kiperson started consulting services in 2013 for a tire company to put equipment into a 100,000 sq-ft warehouse. Since then, we have been involved in the launch and distribution of a variety of material handling equipment and warehouse software systems.

• KP principals spent many years in technology, distribution, software, manufacturing, and e-Commerce in operation as well as sales & marketing roles. We also bring experience in fund-raising, having raised capital from venture firms in previous projects.

• We also work with new ventures and small businesses that are on trajectory for growth, and will take equity investment in some projects in lieu of service fees.
